It is advisable that every person makes a Will.
Making a Will allows a person (called a Testator) to choose who will act as Executor of their estate and who will inherit their estate (subject to certain forced heirships in certain circumstances.)
Seamus Maguire and Co Solicitors offer an efficient and affordable Will service. Once the Will is made, we will store it in our safe free of charge.
Once made, a Will can be changed at any time by the Testator (subject to being of sound disposing mind).
There are a number of different matters to decide before instructing a Solicitor to draw up your Will. We have prepared a guide to assist you , which we can email you prior to your appointment.
We will review all matters with you and advise you fully prior to signing your Will.
